Factories

The company covers a land area of 66000m² with a building area of 40000 m². To ensure enough stock of raw materials, semi-finished and ready-made products, we built a large-scale warehouse that accommodates over 360 series of premium non-sparking tool products available in 5600 specifications. The wide variety of products can satisfy the need of customers from different businesses.

Offices

Boutou Company provides employees with quiet, comfortable working environment. Currently, there are 680 workers in our company, including 28 senior engineers and 396 proficient technicians.

Workshop Facilities

Within the workshop, there are 480 pieces of first-rate production equipment set with a serviceability rate achieving 98%. New, highly-advanced equipment is still coming. On June 7th 2012, we installed the heavy-duty friction press with a load capacity of 2500T. Workers mainly use this machine to perform drop-forging process, with an aim to improve the processing quality of our product. As one of the largest non-sparking tool manufacturers in the world, Botou company has what it takes to produce best-in-class products.

Inspection Equipment

Proper inspection of non-sparking tools is important for user operation safety. For that reason, we built the non-sparking performance test lab that is above the national level. This great test lab is equipped with the spectrum analyzer as well as other indispensable mechanical performance test equipment including the torque tester, tensile strength tester, impact tester, and hardness tester. All the manufacturing processes are closely scrutinized from selection of raw materials to the standard of finished products. The first-rate testing equipment and highly-advanced techniques form the basis of yielding safe products.
