Can I request a product sample attached with the product catalogue?
Prior to committing to a purchase, you can request a product catalogue. Available also are product samples for a minimum cost. Please do excuse us for letting you pay the shipping cost, given the fact that our production cost is already too high.

How long will it take to get my ordered goods?
It generally takes us only 15 to 30 days to complete production. We ensure that your goods will be delivered in time.

If I need additional wear parts, is it possible?
You can file a reasonable compliant against us about any manufacturing fault by providing related pictures. If the problem is about the wear parts, we can send you new ones for free.

How long is warranty effective?
The quality warranty is valid throughout the use life of the tool. For quality issues arising from normal use, we will repair, retrieve, or replace the damaged product.

Are there any special services?
We can design, tailor-make and install the tools for each customer. We also provide operation training courses.
