Our quality guarantee includes the following.
Replace or maintain the defective products provided by our company without charge.
All our products are in compliance with Germany DIN standard as well as other related standards in China. Our company has passed the certification of Germany TUV, FM and ISO9001.

Our premium, non-sparking copper alloy tools are also non-magnetic. They are given a lifetime warranty. Quality issues specifically excluded from quality guarantee are as follows.
1. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, irregular use, or normal wear
2. Corrosion damage, rust damage, or packaging damage due to bad storage.
