As the name suggests, the 266 non sparking insulated Phillips screwdriver has a cross-shaped tip that can seat itself into the cross-shaped head of a screw. It allows the Phillips screw to be tightened or removed more easily than a slotted screwdriver, as the former can provide twice the torque of the latter.
This series of Phillips screwdriver is suitable for use in areas that contain combustible, explosive, or corrosive hazards. It is also able to withstand a maximum voltage of 1000V during live-line working. The product is not easy to deform and unlikely to produce sparks from friction, impact, collision, or strike which might cause unwanted damages.
