Non-Sparking Safety Tools Manufacturer Since 1983
- 186000 ㎡ Company covers an area
- 1500 sets Advanced production equipment
- 1500 * 10⁴ Annual production of non-sparking tools
Optional Materials:
Austenitic stainless steel: typical grade 304
The non-magnetic or weakly magnetic 304 features high toughness and ductility, resistance to corrosion and high temperature. However, its strength cannot be strengthened by phase transformation.
Application:
304 is widely applied in household goods, medical appliance, ship accessories, auto parts, building materials, chemical and food industries.

Martensitic stainless steel (cutting tools stainless steel): representative grade: 420
The mechanical property of martensitic stainless steel can be adjusted by heat treating. Generally speaking, it is a kind of hardenable stainless steel. Its hardness becomes higher after quenching. And different tempering temperatures produce different combinations of strength and toughness. This material is usually used in industries that have no high requirements on corrosion resistance and in which cutting tools and machine elements have high requirements on strength.
