Optional Materials:
Austenitic stainless steel: grade 304
This material is non-magnetic or weakly magnetic, featuring high tenacity and ductility, corrosion resistance and thermostability. However, its strength cannot be strengthened by phase transformation.
Application:
304 is applied in household goods, medical appliance, ship accessories, auto parts, building materials, chemical and food industries.

Martensitic stainless steel (cutting tools stainless steel): representative grade: 420
The mechanical property of martensitic stainless steel is adjustable by heat treatment. Popularly speaking, it is a type of hardenable stainless steel. It attains higher hardness after quenching. And different tempering temperatures give different combinations of strength and tenacity. Under conditions having no high requirements on corrosion resistance, this material is used in these fields in which cutting tools and machine elements have high requirements on strength.
