183A European Style Ratchet Wrench
The 183A European style ratchet wrench is a hand tool used to release or tighten bolts and nuts. It has been drop-forged from copper alloy prior to subjecting the construction to NC machining process.
Due to unique physical characteristics of copper alloy, the wrench is able to disperse quickly the heat produced from the intense friction or impact between its gripping face and clamped machine parts. Relative to other non-ferrous metals, the copper is softer and thus unlikely to shed tiny metal particles that would probably further lead to sparking.
The ratchet wrench also features a flexible handle that allows the wrench to operate at any awkward angle. Spark-free feature makes the tool suitable for use in various flammable or explosive atmospheres. The gear-pawl assembly involved in the ratcheting mechanism can be replaced easily and with little effort. The whole workpiece give high tensile strength, long service life and stable mechanical performance.
